Our Approach
Risk Management
Vipawan’s strategy is based on the principle of long term client management, and on a global approach to risk.
We devise solutions and manage projects to tackle business issues based on a four dimensional approach to risk; we don’t simply deliver a technical project.
- Economic Risk
- Technological Risk
- Legal Risk
- Human Risk – the human dimension to risk
Vipawan believes these expenses should be synonymous with cost optimization, long term investment, profitability, performance, reliability, simplicity of use and progress.

Vipawan has formally committed to its business undertakings in 3 supporting documents:
This multi-faceted approach to quality permits 100% operational traceability.
For Vipawan risk management means putting in place the procedures and methodology tools to allow each stage of a project to be monitored and to assist in decision making.
All our packaged services are guaranteed by our absolute respect for a rigorous methodology.
In agreement with our clients and before any project deployment 6 essential parameters are laid down:
- The contractual technical boundary: this determines the limits of the area the client transfers responsibility for over to Vipawan. This not only includes implemented technical solutions but also the associated functionality and the resulting data flow.
- The contractual geographic boundary: this specifies where the intervention will take place. In the case of an intervention contract it also allows calculation of the time needed to reach the client.
- The time boundary: this defines the days and workable hours to be covered under a support and intervention contract.
- The human relations boundary: The client employees must be duly defined within the contract to avoid the risks associated with a lack of telephone or email identification procedures. Moreover, in the event of telephone directed emergency support, Vipawan must be sure that the client employee who is performing the fix under remote direction is technically able.
- Operational traceability: from the company approval and sign off of a quotation right through to the final approval and sign off of the receipt our operations and our staff are tracked so that a client can record the complete service provided. This includes delivery of the solutions and the documentation.
